Erica is a communications executive with more than 15 years of experience developing marketing and corporate communications programs that drive brand equity and deliver business results. As Senior Vice President, she provides strategic and creative leadership to the Target team, driving the baby, home, holiday and back-to-school categories.
Before joining Kaplow, Erica headed communications for Godiva Chocolatier including oversight of key brand alliances, seasonal and product launch activities, cause marketing efforts, executive communications and high profile events such as the Golden Globes and food festivals (Aspen, South Beach, NYC). Prior to Godiva, Erica created lifestyle programs for Platinum and Centurion Card members at American Express.
A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, she started her career in accounting at Coopers & Lybrand. She went on to receive her MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
