In his role as Vice President, HR, David supports the overall agency by managing recruitment and internships, benefits administration and leave management, payroll and compensation and performance management. Additionally, David serves as a leader on the agency’s TREE Team, overseeing employee engagement efforts and measuring morale; and is a founding member of the agency’s DEIB Taskforce, whose aim is to increase equality within the PR industry.

Prior to Kaplow, David held HR Generalist roles at HL Group (now part of KWT Global) and global marketing firm iris Worldwide. He holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
