With over a decade spent working with influencers and social content, she has spearheaded global and national initiatives across the beauty, wellness and lifestyle categories. She currently leads influencer and digital strategies across the agency while staying on the pulse of industry innovation, best practices and social platform trends.
During her time at Kaplow, she has led 360-degree award-winning campaigns for our clients, including three consecutive years of PR News Digital Awards for CVS Beauty. She also oversees ongoing programming across clients, including Stanley, Warners and Ralph Lauren Fragrances. In addition to conducting agency-wide trainings on the latest social and content trends, she is responsible for driving business growth and fostering fast-adapting teams with strong strategic and analytical skills.
Through working with hundreds of influencers, celebrities and media partners during her career, she has built meaningful relationships with numerous tastemakers who dominate Gen Z and millennial newsfeeds and has developed a deep understanding of how to best collaborate with them on authentic content that drives brand perception and loyalty. Ellen is passionate about staying ahead of trends and redefining what's possible in the evolving digital landscape.
