Kaplow Communications Elevates Commitment to Project Morry with Launch of Gloria Kaplow Arts and Creativity Program
Kaplow Communications, a leading strategic brand marketing, public relations and influencer marketing agency, is proud to deepen its longstanding commitment to ProjectMorry, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering under-resourced youth through leadership, mentorship, and creative exploration. This year, Kaplow marks a significant milestone with the introduction of the Gloria Kaplow Arts & Creativity Program, honoring the late Gloria Kaplow, mother of CEO and Founder Liz Kaplow.
Designed to inspire and nurture the creative potential of young students, this new initiative underscores the shared values between Kaplow Communications and Project Morry, with a focus on the transformative power of creativity and self-expression. The program embodies the agency’s belief that creativity fuels leadership and fosters positive change. By investing in initiatives like the Gloria Kaplow Arts and Creativity Program, Kaplow Communications continues to lead by example, empowering future leaders to use creativity as a tool for meaningful change.
In celebration of the program’s inception, Liz Kaplow and Evan Jacobs will be honored with the prestigious 2024 Morry Award at Project Morry’s Annual Benefit, which commemorates more than two decades of their dedication and service to the organization. This honor is particularly poignant as it spotlights the alignment of both the agency and the organization’s core values — creativity, mentorship, and community empowerment.
“For nearly two decades, Kaplow Communications has been a proud supporter of Project Morry, and we are thrilled to introduce the Gloria Kaplow Arts and Creativity Program in my mother’s honor,” said Liz Kaplow, CEO and Founder of Kaplow Communications. “Creativity is at the heart of everything we do, and through this program, we hope to inspire the next generation to embrace their individuality and explore their artistic voices, just as our agency encourages innovation and distinctiveness in all of our work.”
The Gloria Kaplow Arts and Creativity Program is designed to provide ProjectMorry students with an outlet for self-expression, fostering creative growth in an environment that nurtures individual talent. It represents Kaplow Communications' commitment to using creativity as a driver of actionable impact, community building, and personal development, the same qualities recognized in Liz Kaplow and Evan Jacobs and their leadership of the agency as they receive the Morry Award.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized with the Morry Award at this year’s annual benefit,” said Evan Jacobs, CFO of Kaplow Communications. “Our collaboration with Project Morry has been one of the most rewarding endeavors of my career, and with the launch of the Gloria Kaplow Arts and Creativity Program, we are proud to continue to empower young people to unlock their full potential and make a lasting difference.”

About Project Morry
Project Morry was founded in 1995, inspired by the vision of camping world hero, Morry Stein. Morry recognized the significant positive long-term impact camping had on the lives of the young people who attended his camp, Echo Lake, and believed this experience should be shared with children from all socioeconomic groups. His goal was to give all children, regardless of economic status, the invaluable gift of summer camp and a consistent year-round program. The incredible partnerships with our community, donors and young people have allowed our programs to flourish and enabled new programs to take shape as we carry out our mission together.
